Speculative Housing
Speculative Housing or Open Market Residential is where the developer builds new homes to sell.
The main difference with this and other sectors is that your company will not be collaborating with a Registered Provider (Housing Association) on defects and repairs in this sector.
In this Sector you can create user profiles for your Plot Purchasers (New Home owners).
New Home owners will be reporting defects and repairs to you and your team and you will use clixifix to collaborate with team members and Sub contractors to respond accordingly.
You can create profiles for your Sub-Contractors to collaborate on defects and repairs.
You can turn on / off the KPI feature in this context.
