How do I set the KPI (Respond and Repair) details for a Registered Provider?

Only an Administrator can do this.

Step 1: Click on ‘Our Clients

Step 2: Click on the edit icon.

Step 3: Click on the edit client’s details link

The KPI (Respond and Repair agreed deadlines) details are set by drop down to the number of days as per contract with the Registered Provider or Commercial client as outlined in the Scheme or Project Contract.

Step 4: Click submit to update the KPI details for the Client.
