An Appointment is a simple feature to inform all parties what time a member of the team or a Sub-Contractor will be attending to inspect or repair a defect.
An Appointment will have an originator (person who creates the appointment), owner (the person that appointment is booked for), title, summary and a due date/time.
When an appointment is created the owner is emailed to notify them that it exists.
Users will be able to see a list of their appointments and other appointments created on the appointment calendar. A user will only appear on the appointments page if they have an appointment created.
Completed calendars continue to show on tickets but will disappear from users dashboards.
When an appointment is completed the originator is notified via email.
