An Appointment is a simple feature to inform all parties what time a member of the team or a Sub-Contractor will be attending to inspect or repair a defect.

An Appointment will have an originator (person who creates the appointment), owner (the person that appointment is booked for), title, summary and a due date/time.

When an appointment is created the owner is emailed to notify them that it exists.

Users will be able to see a list of their appointments and other appointments created on the calendar.  

Cancelled appointments continue to show on tickets and can be shown on the calendar if selected.
