Yes!
From the reports tab, there is an option to view the Scheme data in your clixifix account.
Clicking on this link will display all the Ticket data for that particular scheme only with the plot data summarised below with these headings:
- Plot handover date.
- Total Tickets for that plot.
- Open Tickets
- Closed Tickets
- Abortive visit Tickets
- Overdue Tickets
- Emergency
- High
- Medium
- Low
- Average Closure time for a Ticket on respective plot.
Your users can apply filters to run a report within a particular time period and to export the data. (see below)
