What are Inspection Lists?

An Inspection List is a powerful feature created to capture multiple defects to a single list.

• The Lists can be either our standard lists e.g. an End of Warranty Inspection list or a Handover Inspection list, or you can create bespoke lists in your account if you wish.
• The lists are plot specific and can contain multiple defects. These defects will be agreed between Principal Contractors and Registered Providers representatives on either Handover or End of Warranty Inspection.
• clixifix allows the works required to be instructed to multiple contractors, a single Independent Maintenance Company or the Registered Providers Maintenance division.
• Comments, Documents and Tasks can be created and shared against the lists.
• There are no KPI's against the defects on an inspection list, however a Deadline Date is a mandatory field.
