You can start a discussion regarding a scheme which will be visible to anyone you choose within your team.
Discussions are designed to enable effective collaboration between a chosen group of team members or colleagues on a specific subject or issue. A discussion can be created to capture opinions, create a plan, make decisions and feedback across numerous members of the team. All contributions to the discussion are then stored in one secure place for later reference.
To create a discussion simply select the scheme you wish to discuss, then click on scheme discussion.
Next if you select Add New discussion and complete the relevant fields.
If you wish you can add a file or attachment.
You will also be able to select the recipients you wish to receive the discussion. Once completed select submit.
