What is an Inspection List?

An Inspection List is a powerful feature created to capture a snagging list. Each item should be listed individually within the list.

Whilst we offer our standard list types, you are welcome to create your own if applicable. The lists are plot specific and will contain multiple defects. 

clixifix allows the works required to be instructed to multiple contractors, a single independent maintenance company or the registered providers maintenance division.

Comments, costs, documents and tasks can be created and shared against the lists.
