Step 1: To create a report, click on the reports button.

Step 2: Run a Ticket report showing the Ticket title, RP User, Date Logged, Date Closed, Status. The report can be run for a range of dates. 

Step 3: Click Generate Report.


Step 4: The ticket report includes Ticket Analysis with a breakdown of open tickets including overdue and On Hold.




Step 5: Export to PDF or Excel for a  printable report which will be sent to your email inbox.

 

There are also reports to breakdown your tickets by scheme and by defect.
