To create a report, click on the reports button.

Run a Ticket report showing the Ticket title, RP User, Date Logged, Date Closed, Status. 

The report can be run for a range of dates. 

 

Click Generate Report.


The ticket report includes a  Ticket Analysis with a breakdown of open tickets including overdue and On Hold.




Export to PDF or Excel for a  printable report which will be sent to your email inbox.

 

There are also reports to breakdown your tickets by scheme and by defect.
