When you select the Tickets tab this holds a vast amount of data which is often the first point of call for users when they log on.


clixifix uses a traffic light system to show the current open tickets and the breakdown of timescales 

Red =  Overdue, these tickets are over their KPI due date.

Amber = Tickets due today

Green =  Tickets still within KPI

NOT YET NOM. ! = Tickets that have been raised but no nomination created

NOM COMPLETED = Contractor or Team Member has completed the work but the ticket remains open. If happy to do so these tickets can be closed.

ON HOLD = How many tickets are On-Hold


This data can be filtered by Ticket Priority and by Scheme to break to the information down further.
