For Ticket/Inspection List comments.....

  1. If a Purchaser/Homeowner creates a comment... it is sent to the recipient list if there are any. Otherwise it goes to all Admin Users (with notifications turned on).
  2. If a Sub-Contractor creates a comment... it is sent to all Admin users (with notifications turned on)
  3. If a Registered Provider creates a comment... it is sent to all Admin Users (with notifications turned on)
  4. If an Emergency user creates a comment... it is sent to all Admin Users (with notifications turned on).
  5. If a Principal Contractor Team Member creates a comment... it is sent to the recipient list if there are any. Otherwise it is sent to all Admins users (with notifications turned on).
  6. If a comment recipient is a Registered Provider....all the RP's users on that scheme receive the notification. If there are no specific users for the scheme then all users will be sent the comment.

   

For Discussions......

  •     Comments go to all the discussers within the group

Tasks......

  • Comment is sent to the task owner and any recipients

Provider Associations to a Principal Contractor....

  •    Contact email of Registered Provider and RP admin users

Contractor Associations

  • Goes to all contractor emails (Contractor contact email and users emails)
