How do I add a new team member user to our suite?

Only your Administrator can do this.

Simply click on Admin, Your Users and then + New User.

Make sure to complete all the following fields:

  • Forename*
  • Surname*
  • Email*
  • Role*
  • Click Submit to create.

They will receive an email inviting them to choose a new password to access clixifix. Simply "Confirm my account" to start.

Once confirmed and password created, they will have access to clixifix.  


Next time they login go straight to as the link in the email will no longer be valid.
