Will customer contact information transfer over onto a ticket?

Yes.

 

In the Speculative sector the default or primary contact will display on a ticket or inspection list creation.

 

  • Within Partnership Residential, once a ticket has been created by either the RP user or PC user that data is cached or stored against the respective plot.  
  • Next time a ticket is created this data will be pre-populated.  
  • This can be over-written if required.

 

The Commercial Sector works the same as above.
