Step 1: Select the scheme you wish to add the contact to.


Step 2: Select the plot.


Step 3: Then choose the contacts tab.

Step 4: Here you can add a new contact or add existing contact.  


Step 5: Complete their information such as name, title, email, phone number and mobile.


Step 6: Select save.


Step 7: Select the primary contact by selecting the radio button.  The primary information will pass through to every ticket created.


Step 8: The option will be created as Awaiting Invitation (Invite to clixifix) which will allow the purchaser access to the Homeowner Portal if appropriate.
