Only an Administrator can do this
clixifix® has an option within the client account to purge contact details from tickets and plots, on the plot archive section.
A plot can be archived when it comes to the end of its warranty period, and this extra function will ensure that the contact’s name, telephone number and email address are removed from the Contacts tab and the ticket and sub-contractor nomination PDF.
How do I do this:
Firstly, you need to enable the purge of contacts when a plot is archived. To do this if you navigate to:
Admin > Your Account > Edit > Purge Contacts on Plot Archive (tick) > Submit
This can be used to purge single plots, for example, just turn the function off once the plot is archived. Otherwise, all plot contacts will be removed as soon as they are archived.
