If you have permissions set by your housebuilder, you can log a defect (ticket) directly through your resident portal.
Step 1: Click + NEW TICKET
Step 2: Populate the fields as required, try to be as specific as possible in the description (location, what the defect is, what it's near, etc.)
Step 3: Ensure your contact information is correct and up to date
Step 4: Add supporting images/documents as required, clicking 'Image' will direct you to your gallery/camera on a smart device
Step 5: Click Post Ticket
Step 6: Your ticket will appear in your Tickets tab
Step 7: Click your ticket to be directed to the ticket view
Step 8: Clicking on the comments icon allows you to discuss the ticket directly with your house builder and answer any questions they may have, including discussions around appointments for resolution
