How do I add an Existing Contact to another Property

Following on from the previous topic, you may now have an account with quite a few residents set up as contacts on various schemes. What happens when one of those contacts owns more than one property such as a landlord or letting agent?

You can’t add the same email contact twice, so we have a different button to Add an Existing Contact:

Purchasers is highlighted for you to being entering in the owners details which are remembered and pulled through for you:

You can work down the list adding details as you like, and press Submit.

The orange confirmation banner appears at the top of your screen and there is a (1) by the contacts for you now.

Clicking on contacts brings through the information from your existing contact.
