Installing the clixifix® Technicians App

Please download the clixifix® Technicians App from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store, once the Technicians App is downloaded it will appear alongside all your other apps.

Step 1: When you click into the Technicians App for the first time, please ensure you allow the app to always run in the background

Step 2: Select 'Request Notification Permissions' and 'Request Location Permissions'. Whilst you are using the app, both settings will need to be on

Step 3: Select Ready then Login, the login page is where you need to enter your login credentials

Step 4: Once logged into the Technicians App you can begin to customise your settings within the profile area which will allow you to upload a photo of yourself, so the resident knows who is due to arrive at their property
