Configurable Forms

One of our most popular additional features; Configurable Forms, enables you to digitally transform your current paper-based forms and documents. The clixifix® Team will create and add bespoke form(s) to your account.

Using a Form to capture Data live on site:

Step 1:  Navigate to the ‘Forms’ tab at the plot level. 

Step 2: Click on the relevant form under ‘Manage Responses’.
Completed forms can also be downloaded in PDF format from here

Step 3: If the form involves adding defects, options are still given to add the relevant category & subcategory with a description and an image as if raising a Defect normally. (NB. These defects will pull through to a Defect Inspection List for seamless delegation).

The form will automatically save after an image has been added and regularly throughout the completion of the form. 

If required, ‘Save and Exit’ at any point, to be able to return to the form when there is time to complete it.

Step 4: If the form has been created to include defects, complete the Defect Inspection List component at the end of the form. 

Note: even if there are no defects, this is a mandatory component. Once the Defect Inspection List has been created, save it and close it as normal whether there were defects or not.

Step 5: When completed, click ‘Save and Complete’.
The Warning box will appear, ensuring you are happy to complete it. 

Step 6: The form is date & time stamped and the name of the user who completed the form is also displayed.
Once the system has had a minute or so, you can view the PDF response that is generated. 

Step 7: If defects were recorded, they will seamlessly transfer across to the Inspection List tab where they can be delegated as required. 

Please note; if Meter Readings are entered on the form, these too will seamlessly transfer to the Meter Readings tab.
