Nominating an Inspection List

Once the Defects are added to the Inspection List, the list can be nominated to a Subcontractor or a Team Member to be actioned. 


If you are nominating a combination of subcontractors/team members, this must be done separately



Step 1: Navigate to the 'Nominations' tab and select Nominate Subcontractor or Nominate Team Member




Step 2: Select the Subcontractor or Team Member name from the drop-down. If there is no drop-down available, use the search box to search by name. 




Step 3: Tick the box(es) for the Defect(s) to be sent to the nominee.  


Step 4: You can edit the instructions sent with the nomination and/or add an appointment if required. 

Once complete, click Send Now or Send Later





Once the Defects have been nominated, they can be viewed within the 'Nominations' tab. Nominations will group together by the nominee.
