Amending Inspection List Types

New Inspection List Types created will default to your Reactive Defect KPIs.

You can amend the name, visibility or KPIs at any time. 

Amending List Type KPIs

Within Admin > Inspection List Types

Step 1: Select Edit within the KPI column on the list you are updating.

Step 2: Make the required changes to your KPI’s. 

(Days must be a whole number between 0 and 730, and hours must be a whole number between 0 and 23)

Step 3: Select Save.

Amending List Type Visibility

Depending on your account setup, you will have the option to select your new Inspection List to be used within Speculative Housing, Partnership Residential and/or Commercial Projects. 

Step 1: Select the pencil icon within the List Type name column.

Step 2: Tick the boxes if the List can be used in that context. 

Step 3: Select Save.

Amending List Type Name

Step 1: If you are changing the name use the free type box to enter the new name for this List Type. 

Step 2: Select Save.
