Discussions are designed to enable effective collaboration between a chosen group of team members or colleagues on a specific subject or issue. A discussion can be created to capture opinions, create a plan, make decisions and feedback across numerous members of the team. All contributions to the discussion are then stored in one secure place for later reference.


To create or add to a plot discussion select the address you wish to discuss.




Next, select plot discussions. 


 - If you wish to add to a plot discussion simply select the existing discussion title, and Add comment.


 - If you wish to create a new discussion select New Discussion and complete the relevant fields.  An attachment or file can be added if required.  

You can add discussers from your team or external customers/clients.


Click submit to finish.
