What is the clixifix® NHQB Complaints Module?

The clixifix® NHQB Complaints Module is designed to streamline and give you a robust method of capturing Customer Care complaints within clixifix®.


What can it do? 

  • Strengthen compliance measures with the NHQB
  • Utilise predefined workflows to manage new or ongoing complaints.
  • Allows you to keep track of any open or ongoing complaints, using a live activity feed per complaint

 

clixifix® provides a place to record steps and interactions that fall under Section 3 of the NHQC for aftersales teams.

 

The code requests that the developer must have a system and procedures for receiving, handling and resolving issues or problems raised by the customer for its aftersales service, as well as complaints in line with the requirements, including time periods, set out in the code. 

 

The code requests that the developer must have a system and procedures in place for receiving, handling and resolving defects and complaints raised by the customer for its aftersales service.


It is a requirement that complaints procedures must include the following mandated minimum steps from the date of the first complaint: 


a) Written Acknowledgement within 5 days

b) Path to Resolution within 10 days

c) Complaint Assessment & Response Letter within 1 month

d) 56 Day Letter within 2 months

e) Closure Letter
