Configuring a Complaint Letter

Administrators can amend the Complaints Stage letter branding, signatures and company information via the Admin > Complaints.


Branding


Step 1: Clicking the toggle to Use business logo on letters? will pull through your logo from the account that is already saved.


Step 2: Now choose Upload custom letterhead? which will give the option to upload a PDF copy of the required letterhead.


Step 3: Select Save



Signatures


Step 1: Click on Upload new signature image choose a pre-saved image of the chosen signature


Step 2: Now enter the Sender Name and Sender Position, which will show on the bottom of any clixifix® generated template letters.


Step 3: Select Save



Company Information


Step 1: If Letters need to be addressed from a different location other than the one named on the account, a different address may be used eg. for a specific site, not the company HQ. Deselect Use account address.


Step 2: Enter the required Letter Sender Address in the box above and switch the Toggle on if it is to appear on the letters.


Step 3: A second option allows for entering the company Registered Office Address to be included and again, this can be Toggled on/off to be included on letters.


Step 4: Select Save

Configured example: Top Margin Set (30mm), Logo, Address and Signature added. If a Registered address were added it would appear in the footer but this template has one already.
