What happens when the works are completed?

Once the Sub Contractor has completed the job assigned to them they will have the ability to capture a digital signature using a mobile device to confirm completion of the work.

Within their free online portal against the respective ticket under the "Nominations" tab a "Complete" will be visible. 

To capture the signature the operative simply uses his/her finger to sign in the box. 

"Complete Nomination & Capture Signature" to complete.

The Principle Contractor will now be notified that the Sub-Contractor has now completed the ticket. 

Close a Ticket:

When all parties are satisfied that these works have been done the Principle Contractor can close the ticket. This will generate an email to the client to indicate its completion. The Ticket will move to the recently completed tickets section.
