Once the Sub Contractor has done the work they will sign in and click on the completed link on their Sub Contractor dashboard.

This will: 

1. Give the sub-contractor or operative the opportunity to capture a digital signature for the completion of the nomination.

2. Once submitted, using the complete nomination and capture signatures button, this will alert the Housebuilder or Commercial Contractors Customer Care team.

3. It automatically records the date/time 


When all parties are satisfied that these works have been done they can close the ticket.

This will generate an email to the client to indicate its completion. The Ticket will move to the recently completed tickets section.
