There is an option to add a notification banner to the Resident Portal if required. This can be used for general information & announcements. For example, the phone lines are busy or there will be roadworks in the area on a set day etc.
Please note, this will apply to every resident using the Resident Portal. It cannot be filtered by Client and/or Scheme.
Adding a new banner
Step 1: Contact clixifix using our Support Page to request this feature to be activated on your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Admin > Your Account > Edit
Step 3: Add the required information in the text box for 'Resident Portal Banner'
Step 4: Click Submit
Editing or Removing a banner
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Your Account > Edit
Step 2: Remove or edit the information within 'Resident Portal Banner'
Step 3: Click Submit
