Administrator (Account) Users : have full control over your clixifix suite.

Your Team members users: Can collaborate on most features in clixifix but can't change any account or admin settings.

Team members:

  • Can't re-open Tickets.
  • Can't edit Tickets.
  • Can't add new Users.
  • Can't comment externally. (They can add internal comments - however an Administrator in Account settings can provide permission to allow external comments.  This is editable per account)
  • Can't abort a ticket
  • Administrators can allow Team members to have access to reports, to close tickets, and delete plots and schemes. This is editable per user.

You can also specify what permissions on a user basis for the following functionality:

  • Closing tickets
  • Deleting schemes
  • Deleting plots
  • Accessing reports


Emergency Users : Emergency Users have emergency functionality only. 

These are usually arms length members of your team, for example an emergency response company. This user profile can only create Emergency Tickets and then nominate to a Contractor or Team Member.  Here is an example of the Emergency User view of clixifix:-
