What can be found in the 'Me' section?

The Me section can be found in the tool bar on the top right-hand side of the screen and is an easy way to access any work assigned to you. You can view your booked appointments, accepted jobs, tasks, your calendar and your closed/rejected nominations.

My Inbox

Your inbox will show tickets you have been nominated for. From this page, you can view the ticket ID, deadline date/time, address and ticket description. By clicking the arrow you will be redirected to the ticket where you can accept or reject the nomination. 

My Booked Appointments

Your booked appointments tab will show any upcoming appointments assigned to you, with an option to view the ticket the appointment is booked against. On this page you can view the appointment ID, the date and time of the appointment, address and ticket description. 

My Accepted Jobs

With 'My Accepted Jobs' you will be able to view any nominations you have accepted, with the option to view the ticket. On this page you can view the ticket ID, the deadline for completion, the ticket state, address and ticket description. 

My Tasks

Any tasks you have set yourself or you have been assigned will show under My Tasks. On this page you can view the task ID, the due date/time and task information. By selecting the arrow you can view the task to complete or view any extra information. 

My Closed/Rejected Nominations

Within this section you can view the ticket number, deadline date/time, ticket status, address and ticket description. You do have the option to view the ticket if required.
