Adding a new Ticket

Tickets are used for adding individual defects on an ad-hoc basis. 


Adding a new Ticket:

Step 1: Navigate to the plot and click NeTicket


Step 2: The scheme and plot/address details will auto-populate. This can be changed if required. 

Click Next Step


Step 3: Complete the details for Priority based upon the urgency of the defect. 
For example, 'Emergency' could be a water leak and 'Low' could be used for a nail pop. 

Priority will default to 'Low'. 

Step 4: Complete the details by selecting the appropriate categories and provide a description of the defect within the free text box. 

Location is a free type box where you can give further information as to where the defect can be found e.g. Living Room, Bathroom etc. This field will not be shown in the reports section. 

Please note, this field will not be visible within the Resident Portal. 

Once complete, click Next Step

Step 5: Contact details will auto-populate based on the primary contact but can be overwritten if required. 

Full Name and Contact Number 1 are mandatory fields. Click Next Step

Step 6: Review the details and add image(s) within 'Add Documents' if required. 

Once complete, click on Post Ticket or if you have another defect to add click on Post ticket and add new
