You can view all of your appointments and holiday shutdowns in the Calendar.

Standard Calendar

Standard filter options include;

- Team Member (User)

- Contractor

- Schemes

- Plots

Premium Calendar 

The Premium Calendar is an additional feature and may not be part of your package. Please contact your Account Manager to discuss if you are unsure if this is part of your package. 

In addition to the above, you have the option to create Calendar Labels. This gives the option to add colour coordinated bespoke events to your calendar. 

Labels can be added within 'Create Calendar Label'. If you require a label amending or deleting, this must be done by an Admin user within Admin > Calendar Labels

Scheduling View is part of the Premium Calendar & is used to find user availability based on the appointments already booked in the diary. 

For example, you can use the 'Filter Options' to find what appointments your operative has booked in a specific date range. Details are shown on the right-hand side if you click into the cell with a calendar icon. 

You can also use the 'Find availability' option to search for an available operative for a specific date, time and duration period.
