Appointments are added to Defects or Inspection Lists. Appointments can only be added when a nomination is raised.
Appointments for Inspection Lists can be added to the list as a whole or can be added to individual defects.
Step 1: Nominate your Defects.
Step 2: Select the Appointments tab and click 'Create Appointment'
Step 3: Complete the details Date/Time & Duration, Title & Description. Select which Defects are being attended on the appointment and who is attending.
Step 4: Click 'Create Appointment'
Once the appointment is added, it will show within the Calendar.
The appointment will also show within the nominee's calendar too & an email notification sent if their Notification settings are turned on. Depending on your account setup, appointments will be visible to your Client and/or Resident. Please contact clixifix® if you need any clarification on your account setup.
