There is an option to 'Archive all plots' which will archive the plots that meet the criteria to be archived or you can archive individual plots from Scheme view by clicking the cloud Archive icon.
Once the plot is archived, this information will be updated will be updated against the plot details recording when the plot was archived & by which user.
All information can still be accessed once the plot is archived, and if needed you can re-activate the plot. If you want to see a list of all archivable plots, you can run a warranty period report which will show you any plots which can be archived.
Please note, in Speculative Housing when the last plot has been archived, the scheme will be moved to 'Archived Schemes'
