Meter Readings

This function enables you to keep track of any Meter Readings taken for each property. 

Adding a new Meter Reading

Step 1: Select the Plot > Meter Readings > + New Meter Reading

Step 2: Select the Reading type e.g. Electric, Gas, Water etc from the drop-down list. This is a mandatory field. 

Step 3: If available, enter the serial no, utility company, reading and an image.

Step 4: Click Submit

Editing or Deleting a Meter Reading 

Once a Meter Reading has been added, you have the option to Edit or Delete, prior to Sign-Off, within the 'Actions' section. Once signed off, Meter Readings cannot be edited or deleted. 

To Edit, click the pencil icon. 

To Delete, click the bin icon. 

Signing off a Meter Reading

After adding the Meter Reading, there is an Sign-Off option. This feature provides the user with a sign-on glass capability which can be used on mobile devices. There is an option to skip signatures if required. 

Meter Readings for Configurable Forms

If you have Configurable Forms complete with Meter Reading element, the Meter Readings will then automatically pull through to the 'Meter Readings' tab in plot view to avoid entering these manually.
