The plot view in clixifix® shows you all information relating to that specific plot including Defects, Inspection Lists, Discussion, Meter Readings, Tasks, Contacts and Forms.
Warranty Status
The plot warranty status can be found within the banner in plot view. The warranty status relates to the Legal Completion Date and the Scheme warranty period.
When a plot warranty expires this will change the warranty status to Expired in your clixifix® account and if the Resident Portal is on, this information will be visible to the plot contact too.
When a warranty period on a plot has expired, clixifix® will alert you when you raise a new defect.
Once the Warranty Status has expired & all Defects/Inspection Lists are closed, the plot can be archived.
Defects & Inspection Lists
Within plot view, you can view all Defects for that plot within the Defects and Inspection List tabs.
There is a traffic light methodology for the Defects tab for easier viewing/actioning purposes.
