Creating & Amending Reactive Defect KPIs

Your Default KPIs are your set KPIs you have as a company applied for Reactive Defects and Inspection List Defects. 

KPIs can also be amended at Client and/or Scheme level if required.

Admins can view & amend your Default Reactive Defect KPIs here;

Select Admin > Your Account.

Step 1: Select Edit.

Step 2: Go to 'Default KPIs' & select Edit.

Step 3: Make the desired changes to your KPI’s. 

(Days must be a whole number between 0 and 730, and Hours must be a whole number between 0 and 23)

Step 4: Select Save
