Only an Administrator can do this.

Step 1: Click on the Admin Icon.

Step 2: Choose the Subcontractors area.

Step 3: Navigate to the Sub-contractor that you wish to add a user to.

Step 4: Click on the users icon.

Step 5: Simply click on Add new User.

Step 6: Make sure to complete all the following fields:

                · Forename*

                · Surname*

                · Email*

                · Invite message

Step 7: Click Submit to create. Once a sub-contractor user has accepted their invitation they can sign in and view their respective dashboard.

  •  The sub-contractor dashboard will only show data relevant to them.
  • The sub-contractor can then accept, reject and complete any repairs/defects that they have been instructed to carry out.
  • They can comment and upload a document against respective tickets.
