Step 1: Navigate to the Defect Ticket and select 'Nominations'
Step 2: Search for the required Subcontractor either by using the drop-down list or toggle to freetype
Step 3: Once a Subcontractor has been selected Nomination Instruction details can be amended and Appointments can be created
Step 4: By clicking 'Send Now' an email notification will be sent to the Subcontractor including the Nomination Instruction form as a PDF
Step 5: The Defect Ticket Status will change from 'Open' to 'In Progress' and all Nomination details will be saved against the Defect Ticket
