Inviting a Subcontractor to receive email notifications

Only an Administrator can do this.

Step 1: Choose Admin> Subcontractors area.

Step 2: Navigate to the Subcontractor that you wish to add a user to, selecting their name. 

Step 3: Click on the Users tab.

Step 4: Select + New User.

Step 5: Make sure to complete all the following fields:

                · Forename*

                · Surname*

                · Email*

                · Select- Receive notifications 

Step 6: Click Send the Invitation Email to create. Once a Subcontractor user has accepted their invitation, they will be able to receive notifications of nominations and comments. 

Step 7: In order to have full access to the Subcontractor portal, each Subcontractor will have an account Admin who can add their own users. Subcontractors who log into clixifix® this way, can sign in and view their respective dashboard.
