When your users get a notification email from clixifix® they can reply to the notification from their email.

The call to action is simply - write above this line to reply. (See below).

Once a response has been sent, the message is seamlessly processed back into your clixifix® automatically.

Your users get the following benefits:

  • the users will get a quick reply - the sub-contractors do not necessarily need to log in to clixifix®.
  • if they add attachments in the reply, the clixifix® users will receive them and they will also be attached to the comments and documents section of that Ticket or Inspection list.
  • the reply will be recorded in the Tickets or Inspections list comments tab;
  • there's a record of how the issue was resolved without having to dig through email trails.
