How do I create a bespoke report?

Step 1: Click on the reports tab

Step 2: Click on the 'Other' tab

Step 3: Click on 'bespoke reports'

Step 4: Click on the link to access the filters.

Step 5: Run a Ticket report showing the Ticket title, RP User, Date Logged, Date Closed, Status. 

        - The report can be run for a range of dates. 

        - You can export the report to PDF & Excel

Step 6: Click Submit to create.
