Can I run a report on Defect and Repair category frequency?

1. From the reports section, navigate to the Defects tab on reports.

2. Our users have the ability to create a report to analyse the defect and repair frequency on Tickets in their clixifix account across a period of time and respective schemes.

3. Clicking on the column within the defect category view will display the defect sub-category data on the same graph (see 2nd chart).

Users have the ability to export the data to PDF or Excel to share with others.

The report includes all open/in progress/closed tickets.
