How do our users capture data on the Handover Forms?

The clixifix Handover web form feature provides our users with the ability to capture data and signatures from new home owners and contacts whilst on-site.

The web forms are located within the plot view in the speculative sector.

The status of the forms are as follows:

In-Progress - no data captured

Partially-signed - data captured and one signature.

Fully-signed - data captured and both signatures.

The Handover form was designed to replicate the traditional triplicate sheets that are filled out on legal completion.

This form enables your Customer Care rep or Sales executive to populate the information on handover including details on the number of keys / key fobs / outstanding items etc on the day.

A photo can also be uploaded of the meters with the readings taken.

Once the form has been saved, the user has the ability to capture forms in real time.

Clicking in the sign now link within the form will open the signature pad feature.

This feature allows a signature to be drawn on a users device / tablet and will be time and date stamped accordingly.

Once the form is fully signed, a PDF document can be accessed which displays the form and the signatures, by clicking on the Preview
