Can contact details be removed from a ticket and plot ?

Yes they can, only an Administrator can do this.


clixifix have an option within the Principal Contractor account to purge contact details from tickets and plots, on plot archive.


A plot is archived when it comes to the end of its warranty period, and this extra function will ensure that contact name, telephone number and email address are removed from the contacts tab (within speculative sector)  and the ticket and sub-contractor nomination PDF.


How do I do this:-

Firstly you need to enable the purge of contacts on plot archive. To do this if you navigate to:-

 

Admin > Your Accounts > Edit > Purge Contacts on  Plot Archive (tick) > Submit


This can be used to purge single plots for example, just turn the function off once the plot is archived.

 

Simply scroll down on the same page, and select Purge Contacts for Archived Plots


This action will remove contact details from tickets,  nomination PDF’s and details stored within the contacts tab on any plots already archived within your account.

 

Moving forward, every time you now archive a plot this purge as above will be performed.


Account holders can then decide if this wish this function to be enabled, and when.
