Generating & Uploading Complaint Letters

Complaints logged on a clixifix® plot will be given a timeline log, according to how long it takes to resolve the complaint, following the guidelines for the NHQB of keeping the Resident informed of the complaint progress.

Step 1: Letters can either be Generated within clixifix® or uploaded.

After each stage has been acknowledged, select to either Send Now within clixifix®, which will email the Resident directly, or, mark the letter as sent. 


Step 2: At any stage of the complaint, a response letter can be uploaded that you have created yourself.

By using the Upload PDF button, you can save this letter next to the relevant stage.

Step 3: Once uploaded, the document may be removed with the bin icon or sent to the contact using Send Now or Mark as sent.

Once a letter has been uploaded or generated, you are able to view the letter and download to PDF if required.
