Raising a Complaint

Step 1: Within the Scheme level, there is a Complaints tab to create and view complaints.



Step 2: To raise a new complaint, the plot must have a plot contact associated.

Select Add Complaint, a pop-up will appear to fill in the complaint details.


Step 3: Once the complaint has been created, it will take you directly to the complaint page ready to begin the acknowledgement process.



Step 4: Additional updates and notes can be added via the Add Note area at the top right of the complaint screen. These notes appear on the complaint's Latest Activity area as well as the Activity Feed below.



Step 5: Residents may directly respond to the email by selecting reply on their email, and this response will be visible on the Latest Activity feed at the bottom of the complaints screen:
