KPI's

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are set within clixifix® to monitor how long defects are open & give information related to the timescales for completing & closing defects. 

The 4 response and repair priority categories within clixifix® are Emergency, High, Medium & Low. 


Setting KPI’s in Speculative Housing:


KPI's can be set at scheme level or as a whole against the entire Speculative sector. 

To set KPI's for the entire sector, select Admin > Your Account > Edit and tick the box for Update all Speculative Schemes with the same KPI?



Setting KPI’s in Partnership Residential:


KPI's can be set at scheme level or set for the all schemes within the Client. 

To set KPI's for all schemes, select Our Clients > (client) > KPI's and tick the box for Update all Schemes for this Client and Sector to use these KPI's?




Setting KPI's in Commercial Projects


KPI's can be set at project level or set for the all projects within the Client. 

To set KPI's for all projects, select Our Clients > (client) > KPI's and tick the box for Update all Schemes for this Client and Sector to use these KPI's?
