Step 1: Navigate to: Admin > Subcontractors > '+ New Contractor'
Step 2: Enter the Subcontractor's email address to check if they already exist. An email address is unique, so this is the preferred method of searching. Now click on 'Search'
Step 3: If the Subcontractor already exists, clixifix® will allow you to connect
Step 4: If the Subcontractor does not exist, then select '+Request' and complete the following form > click 'Submit'
clixifix® Customer Success will add the new contractor and update you as soon as this is available.
