The Inspection List Report is context specific. For example, if you run the report in Speculative Housing the returned results will only include Defects for plots in Speculative Housing, not Partnership Residential or Commercial Projects.
The Inspection List Report will show a breakdown of logged lists and their related Defects. This report can be filtered by Type, Status, Defect Status and Team Member.
Date ranges can also be applied as required.
This report can be exported to PDF or Excel by switching the toggle to the right to change the colour to blue & clicking 'Generate Report'.
The Defects on the Inspection Lists will be visible on the lower half of the screen & some related information. Full details can be found by exporting the report to Excel.
The exported Excel report contains 2 tabs, Inspection List Summary and Inspection List Details.
