Clients (Partnership Residential)

Within Partnership Residential all of your schemes sit under a Client. There are existing Clients in the database which you can connect to or you can request for a new Client to be added, if it does not exist. 



Associating to an existing Client 


Step 1: Navigate to: Our Clients > + Make an Association with a Client

Using the search bar, search the clixifix® database of existing clients.



Step 2: Use the search box to search by name or back-end of the company email address 

and click +New Association




Requesting a new Client 


If the Client is not registered, select + New Client & complete the form. All new Client requests must have a logo provided. Click Submit.


The clixifix® support team will then review your request to add a new Client. If accepted, the team will create the Client & connect them to your account. You will receive a confirmation once this has been done.  




Disassociating from a Client


If you have connected to a Client in error, please contact the clixifix® support team. 



Updating Client Details


If you need to update the Client details, please contact the clixifix® support team.
