Users can be added to Clients within Commercial for access to your projects. This view will allow your Client Users to raise new Defects, view areas/zones, add comments etc.
The Users will need to be given Project Access to access your schemes. See article Project Access for further information.
Admin Users will have access to all schemes.
Adding a new User
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Your Clients
Step 2: Select the Client
Step 3: Select Users
Step 4: Click + New User
Step 5: Complete the details, noting the boxes with a * are mandatory.
Step 6: Click 'Send The Invitation Email' to invite the user to clixifix®
Step 7: The page will then refresh & you will have the option to add the required Project Access from the drop-down. Add the required projects & click 'Save'.
Editing or Disabling a user
To edit a user, click the pencil icon within Actions.
To disable a user, click the bin icon within Actions.
