When a Team Member/Admin user has been sent a nomination, they will be sent an email notification and will see the nomination within their ME section.
An email will be sent to the user to advise they have been nominated, even if notifications are turned off. There is a link in the email which will take you to the nomination details within clixifix via your default web browser.
If you reply to the email, the reply will be added to the nomination as a Comment but will not accept or reject the nomination.
ME Section
The ME section can be found by clicking on the 'My account activity' icon as shown below.
My Inbox will show any works nominated to that User that have not yet been accepted or rejected.
Click into the Defect to show the details.
The Nomination can be accepted or rejected within the 'My Nominations' tab within the Defect view.
If rejected, you will be prompted to enter a reason for the rejection.
If accepted, the Defect will move from 'My Inbox' to 'My Accepted Jobs' in the ME section.
